TIMELINE
Advocate Vikas Gupta was born on 20th October 1975. He completed his graduation B.A. Pass from Delhi University, post graduation Shipping & Export Management from Vishakhapatnam and Law Graduate from C.C.S University.
2005
Enrolled as an Advocate from the Bar Council of Delhi on 21.07.2005 vide no. D/763/2005 and started litigation in civil and criminal cases.
2008
Appointed as a Panel Lawyer in many Banking Institutions, Like: Oriental Bank of Commerce, Keshav Sehkari Bank etc..
2009
Handling multiple litigation as a legal head of Corporate Sectors in various courts Like: Ludhiana, MP, Haryana, Sonipat, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Punjab etc.
2012
Appointed as a Panel Counsel in North Municipal Corporation of Delhi and also appointed by the Corporation in various high profile and sensitive matters and won numerous cases for the department till date.
2014
Appointed as a Senior Panel Counsel for Delhi High Court till date.
2019
Authored a book on “Right to Information Act” for up keeping the object and purpose of the RTI Act for the benefit of public and society at large and published several articles on legal and current affairs.
